Leadership is measured by responsibility, judgment, service, and the ability to help others succeed. A title alone is not evidence of leadership.
Our Leadership Principles

- Accountability: leaders accept review, document decisions, and correct mistakes.

- Responsible innovation: new ideas should be useful, fair, and ethically implemented.
Leadership Development
The planned Leadership Academy may offer workshops, mentoring, service projects, communication practice, ethical decision-making, and opportunities to lead collaborative initiatives.
Important oversightLeadership must remain subject to institutional review.
The final authority, conflict-of-interest safeguards, recordkeeping, appeals, and oversight process should remain visible. Leadership development cannot replace the Society's governance and accountability responsibilities.
