Account and applicationThe applicant creates an individual account and provides accurate personal and institutional information.
Evidence submissionTranscripts, service records, projects, recommendations, and identity evidence are uploaded securely.
Independent reviewA reviewer examines eligibility, evidence, integrity, and context using the published standards.
Decision and clarificationThe application may be accepted, declined, or returned for additional documentation.
Membership and verified recordApproved applicants complete any disclosed membership requirement before receiving a verifiable credential.

The planned Honor Passport may organize verified achievements, service, research, leadership, credentials, and membership history in a CV-style profile. Future options may include PDF export, a shareable verification link, and member-controlled sharing to professional networks such as LinkedIn.
