Nature of Membership
Membership in The American Honor Society of Global Excellence is based on demonstrated merit and acceptance under applicable standards. It is not guaranteed by application, nomination, payment, donation, institutional affiliation, or personal recommendation. Membership may be offered in categories defined by the Society and may carry different eligibility requirements, rights, responsibilities, or terms.
Eligibility
Eligibility may consider academic excellence, leadership, research, innovation, service, professional achievement, ethical conduct, or other published criteria. Requirements may differ by applicant category, educational level, discipline, country, or program, provided that distinctions are legitimate, transparent, and applied fairly.
Application and Admission
- The applicant creates an account and provides accurate personal and academic information.
- Required evidence is submitted in permitted formats and languages.
- The application is screened for completeness and basic eligibility.
- Qualified reviewers assess the application against published criteria.
- The applicant receives a decision or a request for additional information.
Admission may remain subject to verification and may be withdrawn if material information was false, incomplete, or misleading.
Member Rights

PrivacyResponsible handling of personal information under stated privacy and security practices.
ParticipationAccess to programs or opportunities for which the member is eligible, subject to availability and rules.

Review or AppealAccess to available procedures where a decision is eligible for reconsideration.
Member Responsibilities
Members must represent their status accurately, follow the Code of Ethics, protect confidential information, respect others, avoid misuse of the Society’s name and marks, disclose relevant conflicts, and correct significant inaccuracies in their records. Membership must not be used to imply accreditation, governmental authority, professional licensure, or qualifications not actually granted.
Good Standing, Suspension, and Revocation
Good standing may depend on ethical conduct, accurate records, compliance with applicable obligations, and absence of unresolved serious misconduct. Membership may be suspended during an investigation or where temporary action is necessary to protect individuals or institutional integrity. Revocation may occur for material fraud, serious ethical violations, misuse of credentials, or other established grounds.
Fees and Financial Fairness
Any application, membership, program, or credential fee should be disclosed in advance. Payment does not guarantee acceptance or favorable review. Where fee waivers, reductions, refunds, or scholarships are offered, their conditions should be explained clearly and applied consistently.

طبيعة العضوية
تقوم العضوية في The American Honor Society of Global Excellence على الجدارة المثبتة والقبول وفق المعايير المطبقة. ولا تُضمن العضوية بمجرد الطلب أو الترشيح أو الدفع أو التبرع أو الانتماء المؤسسي أو التوصية الشخصية. وقد تُعرض العضوية ضمن فئات تحددها الجمعية مع اختلاف متطلبات الأهلية أو الحقوق أو المسؤوليات أو المدة.
الأهلية
قد تراعي الأهلية التميّز الأكاديمي والقيادة والبحث والابتكار والخدمة والإنجاز المهني والسلوك الأخلاقي أو غيرها من المعايير المنشورة. وقد تختلف المتطلبات بحسب فئة المتقدم أو المستوى التعليمي أو التخصص أو البلد أو البرنامج، بشرط أن تكون الفروق مشروعة وشفافة وتطبق بعدالة.
التقديم والقبول
- ينشئ المتقدم حسابًا ويقدم معلومات شخصية وأكاديمية دقيقة.
- تُقدَّم الأدلة المطلوبة بالصيغ واللغات المسموح بها.
- يُفحص الطلب للتأكد من اكتماله وأهليته الأساسية.
- يقيّم مراجعون مؤهلون الطلب وفق المعايير المنشورة.
- يتلقى المتقدم قرارًا أو طلبًا لمعلومات إضافية.
وقد يبقى القبول خاضعًا للتحقق، ويمكن سحبه إذا كانت المعلومات الجوهرية كاذبة أو ناقصة أو مضللة.
حقوق الأعضاء
المعاملة العادلةالمعاملة باحترام والتقييم وفق المعايير المطبقة من دون تمييز غير مشروع.
المعلومات الواضحةتلقي معلومات مفهومة عن حالة العضوية والالتزامات والإجراءات ذات الصلة.
الخصوصيةالتعامل المسؤول مع المعلومات الشخصية وفق ممارسات الخصوصية والأمان المعلنة.
المشاركةالوصول إلى البرامج أو الفرص التي يستحقها العضو بحسب التوافر والقواعد.
التحققالحصول على إثبات مناسب للحالة المعترف بها عند إصدارها من الجمعية.
المراجعة أو الاستئنافاستخدام الإجراءات المتاحة عندما يكون القرار قابلًا لإعادة النظر.
مسؤوليات الأعضاء
يجب على الأعضاء تمثيل حالتهم بدقة، واتباع مدونة الأخلاق، وحماية المعلومات السرية، واحترام الآخرين، وعدم إساءة استخدام اسم الجمعية أو علاماتها، والإفصاح عن التعارضات ذات الصلة، وتصحيح الأخطاء الجوهرية في سجلاتهم. ولا يجوز استخدام العضوية للإيحاء باعتماد أو سلطة حكومية أو ترخيص مهني أو مؤهلات لم تمنح فعليًا.
حسن السيرة والتعليق والإلغاء
قد يعتمد استمرار العضوية بحسن السيرة على السلوك الأخلاقي ودقة السجلات والالتزام بالواجبات وعدم وجود مخالفة جسيمة غير محسومة. ويمكن تعليق العضوية أثناء التحقيق أو عندما يكون الإجراء المؤقت ضروريًا لحماية الأفراد أو نزاهة المؤسسة. وقد تُلغى العضوية بسبب الاحتيال الجوهري أو المخالفات الأخلاقية الجسيمة أو إساءة استخدام الاعتمادات أو غيرها من الأسباب المقررة.
الرسوم والعدالة المالية
ينبغي الإفصاح مسبقًا عن أي رسوم للطلب أو العضوية أو البرنامج أو الاعتماد. ولا يضمن الدفع القبول أو نتيجة إيجابية. وعند تقديم إعفاءات أو تخفيضات أو استردادات أو منح، يجب شرح شروطها بوضوح وتطبيقها باتساق.
